Request for High School Transcripts

Transcripts are purchased in sets (each set contains 2 official transcripts). The processing fee for one set of official transcripts is $ 15.00 CAD.
Student Records strives to process a request as soon as possible but depending on the volume of requests, it may take up to 20 business days to process a request (not including delivery time via mail).
For faster processing of your request, please pay by Visa or MasterCard. At the end of the application process, you will be redirected to a payment page, where you can input your credit card information. Our office does not accept Visa-Debit. If you choose to pay via cheque or money order, note that processing will start once our office receives the payment. Once you indicate that your chosen payment is by cheque or money order, you will receive a reference number which you will have to note when sending your cheque or money order to the following address: Student Records, Room 507, 1181 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg MB R3G 0T3.
This e-form should only be used for requesting statement of high school marks and MUST NOT be used for requesting GED marks. If you need a statement of GED marks, please contact appropriate authority.

An applicant is the person whose marks are the subject of the transcript or the parent/legal guardian of a person under age 18 whose marks are the subject of the transcript. A third party is any person other than the subject of the transcript or their parent/legal guardian (if under age 18) who is requesting a transcript on their behalf. Third-parties include family members (e.g., a parent, sibling, spouse, etc.) and organizations (e.g., an employment and/or education verification agency, legal firm, adult learning centre, etc.).

A letter of authorization signed by the subject of the transcript must be submitted with this request if:

You are a third party requesting a transcript on behalf of someone age 18 or older
You are a third party requesting a transcript on behalf of someone under age 18 and you are not that person's parent or legal guardian

The letter of authorization must include the following:

The name and contact information of the subject of the transcript
The name and contact information of the third party submitting the request
A statement authorizing the third party’s request and/or release of the transcript to the third party
The signature of the subject of the transcript and the date at signing

The letter of authorization must be uploaded to submit your transcript request. The document must be uploaded as an image file in JPG or JPEG format and must be less than 3MB in size.

R.B. Russell was not part of the high school marks collection until June 1992. Marks prior to this date will not be included in the MB Statement of High School Marks (Transcript).
