Application to Register a Holding Tank or Septic Tank Replacement

This application form is for flows less than 10,000 litres or 2,200 gallons per day. More information on the Onsite Wastewater Management Systems program can be found here.

Introduction

This application is valid for a period of one year from the date that "Authorization to Proceed" is granted. If the information submitted is incomplete or incorrect, or if the supporting documentation and/or the site plan are of poor quality, the application may be delayed, returned or rejected.

Personal information is collected under the authority of The Environment Act and the Onsite Wastewater Management Systems Regulation (MR 83/2003) and will be used only for administration and enforcement purposes. Information collected is protected by the privacy provisions in The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
